Long lines as the staff tries to scan and can not get it right.

The pharmacist at this location is wonderful. Very helpful. She goes above and beyond. The staff are friendly and helpful. However, I had an awful experience with the Asian woman at the Covid vaccine consultation window. We need less people like her in health care. I was trying to get Information regarding vaccines for undocumented individuals. As per President Biden’s 1.9 billion stimulus plan, undocumented people should have access to the vaccine. She went on to list documentation one can only have if they have a social security number. Beside being clueless, she’s rude and nasty. Regardless, I couldn’t possibly give this pharmacy a negative review when everyone else goes out of their way to be helpful.

This CVS doesn’t have a very inviting feel. The lighting seems to be off, unintentionally dark. The dark carpeted floors don’t help. This makes the isles seem cramped and the store cluttered. This review is solely on the layout and design of this location, not an indictment of the staff’s service. It was just a weird feeling walking in to a store that was so dark. Not sure if it’s just the lighting or bulbs need to be replaced. Dark carpet doesn’t help either.

To say this CVS location is the worst big chain pharmacy I have ever been to is not an exaggeration. The whole store needs help. The management is horrendous, the service is as well. Pharmacy is always backed up with lines and minimal help. Take for instance today’s visit, the line is 13 people long and the gate is rolled down you would think it’s closed. Mind you it’s 11AM on a Saturday and guaranteed when I get up there something will be wrong or it won’t be ready. You are dealing with customers who some may need the prescription for a serious issue maybe life threatening but it doesn’t matter. This will be my last visit. I am switching pharmacies and don’t care if I have to travel either. If I cam give it a negative rating I would. Today’s date is 5/22.
