The WORST Customer Service. Had to ask for a manager. The manager, Sheniqua, handled the situation professionally. That is the only good that came out of this.

This is such a bad CVS. Avoid at all cost for your pharmacy needs. They never have your meds ready regardless of whether you get notified that it’s ready in advance. Expect to wait for 20 minutes at the pick up window to be told “not ready, would you like to wait?” Only to wait another 20 minutes.
