Im not surprise why this store has a low ratings. As a former Cvs employee I am very disappointed with the customer service of this place. The old lady was so rude!!! Not helpful at all!! Not wearing a name tag she spelled her name for me and walk away while I was talking to her. She called the manager without me asking. I just asked her name. The old lady’s name sounded like Bashwatti. Today is April 20 2020 8:30 Pm. I firmly believe in Cvs policy however employees sometimes dont follow!!

2 middle aged men working there tonight who gets agitated with asking questions about my coupon not working. They were rude and lack customer service skill. One of which even rolled his eyes as he walked away from me denying to help worst cvs. Stripped of my $6 due to their lack of knowledge on how coupons work. They act like they are giving discounts and extra bucks out of their pockets. Worst people working in my favorite store..

People that work here are always VERY helpful and patient. The store is busy in a busy neighborhood. Pharmacy is usually busy but they get everything done in a timely manor and are polite. Go get your flu shot. It’s free.
