This is THE WORST pharmacy I’ve ever been to. On 5/18/2020 around 3pm, I asked the pharmacist working there to transfer my prescription to Stop and Shop pharmacy(they are a lot less expensive), she printed outmy prescriptions and handed them to me, without any further instructions. After learning that this was an ILLEGAL conduct and won’thelp transfer my prescription at all, I returned to her and asked her again to call stop and shop. Instead, she yelled at me saying:”I just gaveyou the prescriptions”. Aside from horrible customer service, this pharmacist (or CVS as a pharmacy) conducted ILLEGAL practices under full awareness of professional code.

This pharmacy is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. Absolutely NO one picks up the phone no matter what time of the day I call — and I’ve kept calling. I’ve gotten notifications saying that my medicine was ready but had to make SEVERAL trips to get the medicine because each time I’ve gone to pick it up, it wasn’t ready yet so you have to wait. So why put it in the system as being ready for pick up then? That completely defeats the purpose of CVS’ notification system. DO NOT EVER USE THE PHARMACY HERE. Get whatever you need over the counter and keep it pushing.
