I generally avoid this cvs- the staff is consistently rude and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them – particularly the lady with the long hair. If you don’t like what you do, find something else to do instead of being grouchy towards customers.

Incredibly long wait at the pharmacy even after they call you to say your prescription is ready. Oh, and the everyday prices are crazy high.

I went twice in one week to the cvs @ 1296 North Avenue. The pharmacy service is awful and unprofessional. Called and was left on hold for 30 minutes 3 days in a row. Every time a prescription is called it takes forever to have the pharmacy fill it. The girls at the register are so nasty. Where is management??? I moved from the Bronx and dealt with Rite Aid and never had a problem filling a prescription. This is happening too often and must be corrected. I am writing to cooperate office and having this issue resolved.
