there’s ALWAYS an issue in the phärmäcy and no one cares!! i’ve complained to corporate several times. today i went in to pick up my meds & when the lady pulled up my medication list, she made a “woah” face as to say i do take a lot of meds and it was surprising. it was embarrassing and belittling. i will be switching to another cvs. there’s always new people & they never know what they’re doing.

Made an appointment for four flu shots. Pharmacist tried running my prescription card instead of my insurance cards first. They called everyone else who came after us. We waited one hour before my children were called. I had to interject to question why when the pharmacist knew we had waited and willingly took everyone else. This is extremely upsetting and I had to ask if we were being discriminated against.
