Their reply caught me a bit off guard.

The pharmacy is staffed with some of the most unpleasant people .

I had a terrible experience today, I have been going to the 10 S location since 2016, the customer service has deteriorated drastically. I have dealt with a few rude pharmacists here in the past, but today’s experience was downright terrible. I wish there was a rating option for terrible service. I wonder if the management has taken note of the bad reviews here.

DisappointingVisiting the store for the first time since early March when NY was placed on Pause, I approached the cashier to inquire about honoring my Extra Bucks Rewards. I had earned almost $50 in rewards based on heavy spending to stock our home with supplies in anticipation of the virus’s impact. I was adamantly told that the store was open, and no extension would be made. When I stated that didn’t seem quite fair, I was again told no extension would be granted. Other businesses (DeCicco’s Supermarket, for example) have been so gracious. Their reply caught me a bit off guard. I really don’t think Governor Cuomo considered essential a trip to CVS for facial moisturizer in order to use my rewards on a timely basis. Others may not find this a big deal, but the curtness and lack of understanding on the part of the staff, caught me by surprise.

Would give them no stars. The pharmacy is staffed with some of the most unpleasant people . They’re rude and unprofessional and could care less if you have a prescription you need. The pharmacist is the worst of all. The first time, I chalked it up to a bad day but they are always extremely rude. I switched to Robert Jacobson and he is extremely polite, not to mention the prices are much better and I feel much better supporting a small business instead of this huge company that hires someone who is rude and incompetent at their job.
