Was great when I first started going here, but it just keeps getting worse and worse by the day. The staff is good (especially Teresa), but they’re severely understaffed. On top of being understaffed they’re giving covid shots now which wastes even more time. If I were the manager, I would simply refuse to give covid shots at this particular location. There are millions of other places where people can get covid shots and this particular CVS shouldn’t be one of them. I’m definitely looking for another pharmacy at this point. Them deciding to give covid shots while severely being understaffed was the last straw.

Literally never not an issue, greater than 50% chance they can’t fill a prescription within a week of when you need it, slow, largely unconcerned that people may actually need what the doctor ordered. Constantly disappointing.

I swear to god i didnt know there could be a worser cvs than dobbs ferry. Id literally rather rip my eyes out than come here again.
