I have been going to this pharmacy for a while. I got married over a year ago and everytime since then I go to pick up something I bring this to their attention and tell them to change the last time. I just went to pick my medication up and it’s the same thing. This older caucasian lady by the name of Abigail was very rude! My RX card I provided to them clearly had my CORRECT name. Her response to me was you have to give us the right name well lady I did! Not my fault you and your coworker keeps dropping the ball.

Trying to get through to someone at the pharmacy over the phone? Be ready to wait on hold for at least 20-30 minutes, often closer to an hour. I’ve called their pharmacy at least 10 times so far this year, and it’s always the same eternal wait on hold. Not sure if their pharmacy staff is lazy or just chronically understaffed- started going to a nearby Rite Aid, am so glad I don’t have to call CVS any more.
