I go to this store because one particular worker in the pharmacy I think her name is Latisha She’s very knowledgeable and attentive and can solve any problem with insurance in a speedy manner. And her bubbly homely personality makes it much better.

I wish i could give this place NO stars.I regret the day i came here and wish i would of read these reviews before coming.I scheduled a COVID test at the drive thru. I made an appointment online for 10am and 10:10am for my child. I did not get tested until 11:35am. I was beyond upset. When i arrived at 10am there was four cars in front of me. Those same four cars remained there until my aunt went inside and gave them a peace of her mind. We have gone to other CVS sites and have never been waiting for more then 10 mins. We’re in the middle of a pandemic and the women behind the window are moving at snail speed. Once my aunt got back into the car, the line magically began to move. I had a little bit of hope BUT when i made it to the window, i had to wait an additional 25mins and i cant help but feel like that was done on PURPOSE. The lady who was helping with the testing was on her phone DOING NOTHING. After waiting we knocker on the window to ask her what was taking so long. She claimed she was entering me into the system but i scheduled my appointment online. When i went to the window she asked for my confirmation #’s and confirmed all my info with me aka i was already in the system. So she was full of it.I will never come here again. EVER.

Longest lines in the store. You can literally watch them ignore the phone. The phone rang for 10 minutes straight and no one answered. This explains why ive been on hold for 20+ minutes everytime I’ve called. Two stars is too generous.
