The place had a variety of things to choose from. Also the people that work there were polite, and nice. Plus the best part of the whole Pharmacy is that they care for the wellbeing of the people that come in to the place and the whole community so I love that place and can’t wait to go back for more of the good experience they show at the CVS Pharmacy

The staff was great apart from one worker specifically in the pharmaceutical area of the store. The employees name is Vanessa, at least I was told that by the licensed doctor that provided me with my Vaccine (which she did a lovely job, this review is more of a specific review of that employee). Not only was Vanessa un-caring and unwilling to assist clients who simply wanted to receive their own vaccine soon, she was incredibly rude not just to myself but to the 3 people that were on line with me on May 6th, around 10:55 AM. After waiting for contact from this employee we approached her to ask if she would be checking in people for the vaccine she waved us off and told us that we need to go to the front in order to get checked in first which was fine but all 3 of us on line at the same time got to the front check in where we didn’t see any employee and luckily (as so we thought) Vanessa was passing by to step outside for a moment and we were asking to see where it was that she wanted us to check in because we didn’t see any employee at the desk where they were supposed to be at the time and she replied verbatim: “This is where you get checked in you have to wait for the guy to clock in” with the worst attitude I have seen in my days and walked especially given my experience with customer service and managing my own team in my business. The owner or supposed manager (tall gentleman with a with shirt on that day) was around when the scenario took place and stated that he will be speaking to said employee about that situation. We saw her arrived once again and walked passed the gentleman and I doubt he had the chance to address what had gone down. Fast forward we get the vaccine check in require to proceed we are sent back to Vanessa only to not get any eye contact, “let me have your card” and just waves us to Aisle 10 to wait for the vaccine. Now the bad part if it wasn’t bad enough, I witness another customer speaking to another counter pharmacy employee who was wonderful and tried to explain to the client even beyond the language barrier to inform the client about the appointment system for the vaccine. Vanessa then intervene in the customer’s language to simply tell the client in translation “everything is online we can’t do anything for you in store”, which could’ve been an opportunity to help the client make an appointment even after the client stated that they nor their family knows how to operate a computer well enough to make an appointment and mentioned the only other way is to wait for everything to be a walk in for the vaccine before I can step in and help the client the client then walked off , mad Of course because of the lack of help and urgency of this Vanessa Employee.
