Awful service. My coupon for $8 off a purchase of $40 which expires on 2/9/2021 did not come up on the transaction. After waiting 8 minutes for a manager, the manager (Jamal) voided the transaction a 3rd time and then said he could not do anything. I asked if he could honor my $8, he said he couldn’t. That is not quality service. He did not even try to accommodate my request. I spend ridiculous amount of money at CVS and I get tons of coupons. When the system fails to recognize my coupon, the correct thing to do is to honor my coupon which I showed both the manager and the associate checking out my transaction.Maybe this is the type of service given because we are in the south Bronx.This is very unfortunate.I paid my regular price ($67), very unhappy with the service provided today.

Avoid coming to this pharmacy. Service is poor, long lines and when you finally make it to the front the system goes down.I arrived at 6:50 pm and spent 1 hour in line. Pharmacist Yousuf was extremely rude and has no knowledge on costumer service. He told me I had to come back tomorrow to pick up, I said I can’t, my husband just had knee surgery and I need the pain killers for today, he said ok, turned around opened the safe and grabbed the medicine. He was clearly in a rush to leave and didn’t want to do his job. After I paid he threw the bag of medicines on the counter instead of just placing it.I’m calling to report this disgusting man.

Cashier was extremely nice but the associate was completely rude. Associate asked if I needed help I responded No was incredible rude about my response. Stating that I should not be walking around then. I was just looking for a specific item but found it before he even mention for assistance.
