Horrible customer service, rude employees, no room at the pharmacy checkout. The minute clinic is just a chair w a curtain divider that is the in way of the pharmacy checkout. Everytime I decide to have my prescriptions sent to this CVS I remember why I use CVS in SoHo instead. One of the worst CVS I’ve been in.

Your disabled, elderly and sick customers NEED to sit sometimes while waiting for prescriptions and car service. Instead of social distancing the chairs, all chairs have been removed. You can do better CVS.

This CVS is very busy, but Conor, Jameel, and Latif make an amazing and tentative staff for only three people with so much to handle! I come in regularly for the past 5 years, and I’ve noticed how these 3 have a lot to deal with, but provide great customer service!
