Overpriced and very unprofessional. I should have paid attention to the reviews online (excluding the ones posted by the owner and his wife). Don’t make the same mistake we did.

James and Brandy came to my house and I walked them through pointing out all the damages I wanted repaired. They said they were able to do the repairs and quoted me a price. He did a good job installing the floors but the other damages they just slapped a coat of paint on and called it done or wiped some sloppy spakling on the gouges and made the damage look worse and more visible than it did before it was “fixed”. He called me the day after, over and over and complained my check wouldn’t cash at some check cashing place like he was hard up for money. Eventually he got the check cashed and said he would be back to fix the complaints I notified him about. He would not return my calls, texts and emails. Do not hire this guy. When I told him I was taking him to small claims court he finally responded with this “That’s good, i have also contacted my attorney as well. I didn’t know you tricked my wife into rewording the invoice so you could try to screw me and your last renter. I’ve been doing this many years sir. Don’t think i don’t cover my ass. I have your text recorded and will see you in court. Have a good day!!”. *****Also, Brandy Carroll works for Custom Floors and More and wrote their 5 star review just so you know.*****

They do not show up when they say they will. It took them 4 months to finish a shower then 2 weeks later the tile came up. They left cigarette butts all over my property. They left doors open and ran my AC up even after I brought it to the owner’s attention. I found lights on in my closet that they had no business being in. Before they were through with the Boundary wall in my front yard, the owner started threatening to take me to court to get his money. I don’t think he understands appropriate collections are legal tactics. I never received an invoice for any of the work that they did, even though I asked. The owner is rude and unprofessional. I put a stop payment on the last check I sent them because of the shower tile. They do not honor their warranty.
