My camera system is top of the line with the greatest quality and features. I recommend to anyone looking for surveillance and/or security. Use me as a reference lol. Prices are affordable and automatically drafted out of my account monthly so, there’s no hassle. They have a referral program and my monitors never lag. The surveillance system has come in quite handy.

Our system was offline for months and we did not know it until we noticed that we were not getting calls from the alarm company after it had gone off. We had ADT before and they performed a monthly ping of our system to make sure we were online, so we didn’t have to worry about it, but apparently Custom does not do that. So, we paid for at least 4 months of monitoring with no monitoring being done, we were trapped in a 3 year contract, and 2 years after that contract is up they send my account for monitoring to collections. We did not terminate the 3 year agreement early, and our monthly monitoring fee was taken out of our account monthly on a monthly draft, so how could we owe them money for monitoring? Also, the first time they came to our home we told them we wanted a price to add some door and window contacts, and asked over and over and we never received a price. Lousy customer service and a total waste of money.
