Went in with my dad in the hopes of getting 4 new tires for my car. The man at the desk had an attitude like he was bothered by helping us. He seemed annoyed that we did not know the type of tires I had right off the bat. It’s my first time buying tires for this car and honestly if you sell tires you probably should be more than willing to help. Turns out they did not have tires in stock for my car, but in the end I was relieved. The man at the desk was off putting. If I am going to spend $800 on new tires, I might as well go somewhere that actually wants to help. And just as a reminder, there’s tons of places to buy tires…if you are going to be rude and smug then it’s quite easy to go down the road and find somewhere nicer.
