Horrible management and business practice. Staff is laughing, joking and making you just wait, including the supervisors and managers. They have 9 people behind the counter , only see 4 at a time and it took me twenty minutes to get a pre-order. Hate this place. If they walked into any other business doing the same, they’d be fired. If you say something, they make you look aggressive. Can’t wait till there are closer options. This is the truth and no exaggeration.
