Cumberland Farms

  3.9 – 33 reviews  $ • Gas station

Cumberland Farms makes life easier for busy people every day. What started in 1939 with a cow and a dream has grown into a network of convenience stores across eight states. Three generations later, Cumberland Farms is still family owned and operated, and continues to reflect the values it was built upon: envisioning a better way to serve customers by providing the best possible products at the best possible prices. Whether you’re buying a cold Chill Zone fountain drink, a hot or iced cup of Farmhouse Blend Coffee, or filling the gas tank, convenience and customer service are key.

Convenience store chain with packaged snacks, cold drinks, prepared foods & more (most sell fuel).

I am a daily customer here and have visited this store twice today 9-17-2020, once at 10 30am and again at almost 1 45pm for my usual coffee fixes. Today they had a new employee on the register. She is very helpful and very polite. Kudos to whoever plucked her application The only downside, is that it seems like they stick the newbies on register typically, which leaves the rest of everyone to go at their own leisure doing other things in the store. It would be great to see more teamwork involved in ways. Maybe trading off every so many customers so the one stuck there all day isn’t stuck and restless of it. That would also ensure that new hires are efficiently trained throughout the entire store. Just a reccomendation!Sincerely, BJ
