As I placed my order online, I was thrilled to have this delivered to as a surprise. However I was completely disappointed in seeing what the actual product looked like. The vase was smaller than shown on the picture, several decorative flowers were missing (florist stated that she did not have all the flowers that were shown for the arrangement), the attitude from the florist was not professional as she gave my sister an attitude. They mentioned I requested for it to be delivered, which of course was not true. Obviously they didn’t except for me to let them know their error. I spoke with her and stated that I paid for the deluxe service and expected that to be executed. I didn’t pay $30, so of course I wanted my money’s worth. Overall as a first time customer placing an order for a special arrangement, I felt utterly cheated on. Sad to see that you can’t trust on having your order placed as requested. Some may say I am exaggerating but I had high expectations, look at the picture online and what was given. Judge for yourself.
