I had a great experience at the New Rochelle location yesterday. I reserved a unit online and went in to finalize the transaction. Elizabeth was professional and courteous. She gave me the tour of the facility, showed me the unit and explained in detail how to access the facility. The facility itself is nice, clean and secure. Please note that the quote on the site doesn’t include insurance and a lock (if you don’t have your own). Nevertheless, , my monthly fee is still a whole lot less than other storage facilities were asking.
