I have been using storage facilities for the past 3 years, I must say this location is by far the BEST! It’s usually 1 person that you can give a good review about. Here. Absolutely not. Everyone is Amazing, professional, Personable Patient and Attentive.The location is clean, accessible. Parking always available, and I have been able to get a dolly anytime needed.Their bathroom is always clean, so please let’s keep that way if you plan on renting here. It definitely matters, when other places aren’t letting you go durning theses times.PEACE, LOVE AND LIGHT TO THE WHOLE CREW, YOU GUYS ROCK!

I Abosolutley love this Storage place. To the minute i walked in and every other day has been a wonderful welcoming experience all thanks to Jason Abbott. He helped my process and made the whole experience easy and understandable. I couldn’t be more happy with his Excellent Customer service, his exceptional communication skills and outstanding knowledge of all my questions and needs about the services that Cube Smart provides. If you need any help Ask Jason! He’s hands down the best manager and you should ask him anything and everything, he knows it all.!! Jason should get promoted to a higher position if possible. This review is long overdue, but I had to make sure I put it up on here. We needed to get a storage unit during the middle of the pandemic and this place exceeded expectations. The facility was clean, organized and secure. The one issue we had was that it was advertised to be open 24 hours on the website, but this particular location was not. Even though that made our situation more difficult in moving, Jason who is one of the managers made up for it by going above and beyond with customer service. He was highly professional, but more importantly kind and helpful. He definitely deserves some recognition from the company for how he helps and manages. The general customer service is also very helpful and that is worth it’s weight in gold. Happy to have my stuff with CubeSmart and highly recommend them to anyone with storage needs.
