I attend this gym every time I come to town. This gym has all the good gym equipment a gym rat would want, it’s very Clean, and it has nice sections for the cross-fit enthusiast. Love this place.

Update: 4/20 I received a call from the marketing manager, NOT the gym manager, and she was extremely helpful. She reviewed my account and rectified the situation. It was a very pleasant interaction. Because of her swift response, I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars. However, I stand by my initial sentiments!previous review:(1 star) I joined Crunch on 1/10/21, I tried to cancel my membership on 1/20. It was an arduous process. (see prev reviews) Per the email from the manager, my membership was [finally] cancelled on 1/27. However, I have been charged EVERY month, including April, for membership fees!The tone of the manager was unprofessional, I never saw the facility being cleaned, and social distancing is non-existent in the free weight area.Such a disappointment. Please see all customer reviews… this is nothing new for this facility… and MOST of these one star reviews are not responded to…. Apparently, they only respond to their friends… interesting! I requested a full refund for every fee charged to my account after the January payment… considering I only visited the gym 3 times!
