Community Health Centers of Elizabethtown Community Hospital (ECH): (Crown Point Health Center) – ECH has six community health centers located throughout Essex County and affiliated with UVM Health Network. All health centers are staffed by caring medical professionals that offer essential primary care, urgent care, and some specialist services to patients of all ages. All community health centers provide preventive services, diagnosis, and treatment to patients of all ages.

Best Staff in all of the adirondacks!! Naomi has been with this practice forever, in the 5 years Ive been with them shes taken great care of me as a nurse. And My doctor, Cody Whitney.. this guy is smart, funny, and respectful. He know where his strengths are and how to communicate with his patients. Cody took over for my last doctor who was pretty aweful and Im so thankful he came to this practice and made it his own. Ive seen the other doctor there a few times when Cody was out and She was SO SWEET. i just cant sah enough good things about the staff the receptionist, nurses, doctors all amazing people with hearts of gold. They are the perfect example of how a family doctors office should be. Thank you all from the bottom of my Heart. ❤️
