I was actually at Uniform Fashions, next door, but as usual, I had to stop in to Crow City for a great cup of coffee! Both businesses are a great and service to the Auburn area!

A perfect cup of coffee. This is a small batch roaster who knows his craft well. No fancy setting or atmosphere to drive up the price, just high quality coffee. Stop in for a $1 cup or a bag to take home.

I’m an out of towner who popped in on a lark after a Google search. I thought I’d get a coffee and see what they had in stock, whole bean. What an absolute treat. I don’t want to over sell the $1 pour over because you can forget the price. It was a GREAT cup (Guatemalen) and I’m afraid people would go in thinking they’re getting a decent, cheap coffee. I got an OUTSTANDING coffee (price irrelevant). I also got 2 half pounds whole bean for home brewing. 1 had a roast date of yesterday and the other, the day before yesterday. Super fresh. The proprietor knows what he’s doing. It’s probably not a place to bring the laptop and nurse a latte’ while working on your term paper for a couple hours (space is limited) but this shop is a great launching off point for a roaster who clearly has the talent to take it to the next level. I also want to say that all the coffee had detailed description of origin roast dates, varietal type, flavor profile, process, etc. The real deal. Give it a try.
