Horrible experience, store employees need training. I went in for an exchange because my shoes were too big. Tell me why the cashier Gabrielle was so disrespectful. I told her I wanted an even exchange and yet she managed to return my money to a card that I just cancelled. I told her “hey my card has been cancelled so I can not put it on my card” she said no problem did the exchange I had a dollar credit she wanted to put it in my card but I told her over and over again my card was cancelled so I couldn’t put it anywhere. She then cancelled the whole transaction and try to charge me when I told her I didn’t have a card for it. She could have just told me to come back once I’d did but she manage to not care and gave me a hard time like it was my fault she heard wrong!! So I asked for a manager and the guy had no clue how to revert my transaction or didn’t even knowledge the problem. He seemed confused. No one apologize and no one cared. Gabrielle the girl with the pink hair she was huffing and puffing because I told her about my card again! I have to be out of town tonight this is why I purchased my shoes however did not fit correctly. To be honest they had one register open and 10 people waiting behind me maybe this is why she was frustrated and did not care at all. Then the manager told me to call Crocs customer service line which I did, obviously there is no solution to my problem. They said they would report it and call me back. We will see! The whole experience was horrible. I’ve never left a bad review any where but I’ve never been treated so horribly so this time I did. Don’t go to this store!!!

Went in to get charms for my dil’s Crocs. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I personally don’t wear Crocs, but they seemed to carry a good selection of them and they carried some really cute charms.
