I actually went to this store first before going to a different one in the valley. The young lady has no customer service skills. I walked in and she never looked up when she said welcome to cricket. When she did look up she very aggravatingly said she would be right with me. Now I do know a thing or two about customer service and I do understand she had someone that she was assisting but I stood there for 15 mins after and never got as much as a “ I would encourage you to look at our phones or have a seat while you wait”. So I took my business elsewhere. To the manager of this establishment… it is one thing to know about phones, and another thing to know what customer service really is. She may need to be trained on CS. Your business lost out on a $600 sale because of lack of CS. Do better! Our money is what pays to have your business open and also pays her salary!
