I usually have a very good experience with the store and staff however today the girl who helped me was very short with me and was more interested in going back to her stool and getting back on her phone. When I asked if I was due for an upgrade she replied have you had your phone longer than three months? to which I replied I’ve had it a year and she responded then you are without giving the computer a glance to see if there was any way she could help me with the obvious upgrade for which I am due. Generally, I am very satisfied with my service and experience with cricket but I don’t believe that girl belongs in customer service. I didn’t catch her name but the name on the sales receipt was Julissa O and I do believe she needs a bit more training on customer relations.
