Y’all are about to lose a loyal customer over your customer service. Its ridiculous that i own a phone from you guys fully paid off from day 1 and never been negative on my account. I am trying to unlock the phone to give my nephew and because i never used the phone ur guys wont give me an unlock code.To this I offer an ultimatum, 24 hrs to generate the unlock code or I leave and go back to T-mobile. Its sad i even have to do this to get a stupid unlock code

Didnt really know there stuff when it came to phone’s I actually knew more than they did lol,And they sold my dad on an unlimited plan which is out of his price range when he only needed to upgrade from a 2gb plan to a 5gb plan which is why i was there in the first place to check the sales reps since my father is not technically inclined, if you need a place to pay your bill while out and about it’s fine but dont expect them to know their merchandise well when looking to find a phone.Questions that caught them off guard were things likeWhat is the ram on this phone?What version of android are they running?And other technical things that are important when deciding what phone to get.
