Upgraded my phone online and received email confirmation…next day received email stating order canceled due to unable to verify some information…contacted cust.svc.who could not figure out why order canceled..said I had to wait two days and try again or go to store…tried to call store 5 times and no answer..only recording stating memory full..enter remote access code…what???? Why don’t they have a recording saying we are busy..leave a number and we will contact you..would be more professional..also online staff cannot do any ordering..it’s either you online or you go to the store…good luck if you don’t have a store in your town…
