We have 4 phones on our plan, and we never had any issues at all for more than a year now. The staff is always nice and helped us out when my Son cracked his screen. Of course we had to buy a new phone but she had it up and running with in minutes. We’re happy.

I visited to set my son up on a prepaid plan with an existing phone that had never had service. One person working in a busy store resulted in a bit of a wait but eventually it was our turn and the lady was pleasant and helpful. She asked a few questions about the history of the phone, did a trial run with an existing SIM card and told us we could acquire the service we requested. Took my payment, set up auto pay and then began the install. But the phone won’t recognize the SIM card. Tried several things to make it work. No luck. We were at the store over an hour. Finally, I gave up and asked what our options were. At this time, I was informed that there would be no refund even though we couldn’t get the phone to work. While I was considering moving to Cricket for the savings, I now feel as if I was scammed and while it was only $65, it’s $65 I won’t have if my credit card company won’t cancel the payment.
