I went To switch form Metro to join my mom family plan and it was pretty easy and fast. The guy was very attentive and helpful and he was very polite.

I should be able to enter no stars. Corporate you need to look into this location. Got new phone with unlimited data plan. 3 days later got warning on data usage??? They charged me the upgrade fee but did not give me the upgrade. Went in today to straighten out. The employee had no answers and handed me a pamphlet. While reading in car so I could ask more educated questions the employee locked the door and put up a sign saying be back in 5 minutes. Half hour later he’s not back. I have been with your service for over 20 years. Not one free upgrade nor any courtesy when dealing with this location. You may have just lost a lifetime customer. I’m going to another store now. If I get the same results I will be switching service.
