I have been with them for almost two months now. They gave me great service when I purchased my phone. As young as they are,they knew what they were talking about. Just a couple of weeks ago something was happening with my phone. Literally there was someone on the other end. They could see and hear me. I went rushing to the store. I told the young lady what was going on and at this point I was bugging out a bit. She had the problem taken care of in five minutes. Apperently I keep playing around with the phone settings and turned on the hard of hearing and seeing mode. The point to that embarrassing story is I wasn’t treated like I was an idiot and she new exactly what had happened.
