I have been a cricket customer for over a year now and received my second phone upgrade. I upgraded from the the Motorola G7 Supra to the Motorola G Power 2021. After paying almost $200, my brand new device works worse than the previous phone. Instead of trying to get a resolution, the owner told me to just call Motorola because I was the first complaint. So I paid for a phone that doesn’t work as advertised and won’t get any resolution. I would strongly suggest prospective customers to reconsider their cell service.
