Bought a stole for graduation from here and got the worst quality, the letters are falling off , they put paper patches in sewed holes that are visible through the opposite side. Would not recommend ordering your stole here. Research somewhere else .

I have been coming to Creeds and Crests since I was younger getting things monogrammed. If anything is wrong that is on them, they will fix it! I read through all the other reviews and I disagree with most of them. If Creeds and Crests messed it up they fix it. If the customer told them wrong, then it is on them. A small local store cannot stop and fix every little thing that the customer forgot to add or tell. When ordering custom items, you HAVE to be specific in what you’re wanting. They cannot read your mind.
