We brought in a gem that had been purchased outside of Creations Fine Jewelers and the communication from beginning to end was great. I decided to step into the world of luxury watches and chose to start with Omega. I found Creations online and went to the Jewelers in person to talk about watches. I met with the owner, Brian, and he was genuinely excited to talk Omega and spent as much time as I wanted talking about specs and colors. Brian did not try and pressure me in any way. In fact, he told me to wait until he got all of the new color combinations in stock so I could make the best choice. My experience at Creations completely sold me on the character and quality of the people and product, and I knew I wanted to spend local. I purchased an Omega Seamaster when Brian called me to tell me all the colors were in. The experience was phenomenal, start to finish.
