I visited the Torrance store in December, 2020 and ordered 3 counter stools. It was a custom order and the sales associate, Charlotte was realistic in telling me that I would probably receive them in mid-March. Crate and Barrel kept me informed on the status and they were delivered exactly as promised in March. The quality of the leather upholstery is excellent and they are beautiful, comfortable and well made. The Torrance store makes shopping safe and inspiring and Charlotte is very helpful. I will be shopping for more furniture there this spring.

I was looking for outdoor furniture and sales lady was unwilling to help. The store was empty and when I get upset with her she called someone from upstairs. I just felt discriminated. What kind of service is that? Instead of trying to sell the goods and provide customer service she refused to assist me. What the shame! 5/25/2021 5:31pm
