From my initial arrival for an estimate, I was greeted in a very friendly, warm, and professional manner by Sheri and George. Their customer service is superb! George called me, daily, to give me the status of the work on my vehicle. My vehicle was completed, as promised, and the job came out absolutely beautiful! Mario, the manager, also talked to me, personally, to make sure everything was good and I was completely satisfied. Everyone is absolutely awesome and made me feel like a family friend!

I resently had my wife’s BMW repaired at Pacific Elite. This isn’t the first time that I’ve taken it here for repairs. They do a very professional job and they have contacts with other related business’ that can do work that Pacific Elite doesn’t specialize in. For example the weather stripping in the rear window needed to be replaced, i didn’t have to take my car anywhere else it was all done in house with the same care and professional results. I also had interior work done.I had taken this vehicle to the Dealer for a quote on the same work that was done at Pacific Elite. The Dealer’ quote was way outside my budget and it was more of a hassle.The work at Pacific Elite wasn’t cheap but, i feel it was worth the value I paid. The car looks new inside and out. It’s 15 years old. We bought it when it was new.I am a very satisfied customer and I wish Pacific Elite continued success
