Bought my first Liv road bike after over a decade of hybrid bike life. Luigi and Wendy were helpful, great at answering questions, and talked with me about the bike like I was a person with a brain—not something a lot of bike shops do with women cyclists. I felt respected and heard. They made sure the bike was tuned and ready, and it was overall a great shopping experience! Very happy to support them and their small business—and very happy to have cycled around Manhattan on my first long trip out with these new wheels.

The service is excellent and fast. Prices of their bikes, parts, accessories and service are competitive and even lower. The owner and the mechanics are accommodating and answers your questions respectfully. They will fix you bike right and sometimes gratis if minor enough. Unbelievable!
