I never write negative reviews and God I wish I would have read these before purchasing the order. I ordered a box as a gift on March 7 and the package is still not delivered as of April 4. When I wrote to them after 14 business day, they created a shipping label and nothing was moving for another week. Long delays, super poor communication…I don’t know if I ever experienced such bad customer treatment. It looks like, I am not the first unsatisfied customer. How does the company do not learn that mess with logistics hurt they business so much? Maybe instead of sending a newsletter every day, invest in better logistics? Do not recommend.

The products looked amazing. I was so excited. The limit said 2 so I paid for 2 and accepted the hefty shipping charge for both. However, they changed policy and only offered one and removed one from my order with the same shipping charge. It took a while to ship, but arrived and was severely damaged. Paying nearly 50.00 for a 4 pack of damaged beer is not worth it.
