Food is good. Bad rating because of curbside pick up and food not being prepared. Had to go inside as no one came out for curbside after waiting 30 minutes. Then learning food wasn’t ready and an item I ordered they ran out of. Then blamed it was my fault for ordering and the audacity to think I was going to leave without my order after I had prepaid. Advice eat there don’t order out. Yet if ordering out is this type of experience, imagine how you’ll be treated eating there.

I absolutely love Cracker Barrel however this last time we ordered a delivery through doordash it was horrible my son’s kids burgers were burnt… my hash brown casserole was cold and hard it was old my chicken strips were hard the whole meal was just very disappointing

The food tasted really good, the service was great. The one thing to note, however, was that my wife ordered the roast beef dinner. In the past, you got real value for the price. This time, she got considerably less for her money and at least a third of it was fat. I ordered the sirloin steak, the quality was there, but this time it was $13.95 instead of $10.95. So my overall impression is that the the food still tastes great, the service is still at the same high value, but the value for money has gone down.
