Usually good food. Today was surprisingly disappointing. Breakfast meats were way under cooked. Sausage gravy didn’t have any flavor at all except for the salt and pepper I put in it. Maybe the cook was having a bad day.

My experience with Cracker Barrel was one that was just unpleasant. It was my mom’s first time there and it not a pleasurable experience. The food was terrible but the manager was very sweet and wanted feedback good or bad so they can provide better service. This was a first and last. The biscuits were burnt, the grits were lumpy, and my potatoes were stiff like they were made that morning. I asked for baby carrots and was told after my chicken and potatoes came out that they ran out. My mom’s steak burger was overcooked… Sigh… Please take pride in your brand and how you represent it. Cus I know this isn’t it.
