Exceptional visit. We always stop at Cracker Barrels while traveling and usually have a good experience. This time though the waiter, a young man, did an exceptional job. I always order extra gravy for my country fried steak and they never remember. Never. This kid did. I always order turnip greens and have to ask for pepper sauce and hope they come back with it. I didn’t even have to ask; he brought it with the food! And the food was good.

If I could give it a 0 I would. MY TENDERS WAS RAW! We normally go to the other one but this was in route to our home after I had a long day AT WORK. We waited almost 60 min for our to go order. The place was empty so I’m not sure what was going on. The young girls that work there are very rude no manners. While I was giving mine & my husband’s order, We were interrupted no excuse me. When we finally got our food drove home food was cold & RAW‼️ HOW DO FOOD COOK FOR AN HR & STILL BE RAW⁉️ first & last time there

The first time that I had a terrible experience here (during which I was served raw chicken. Twice.), I chalked it up to a bad day and let it be.The second time that I had a terrible experience here (during which I waited 45 minutes to be served a hamburger in an almost empty restaurant), I considered that with the pandemic everyone was short handed and I made no mention of it.Today was my third and final terrible experience, during which I received food of such horrendous quality that it was barely consumable: (NEVER order the macaroni, I’ve had frozen that was better than that burnt, oily mess), completely without seasoning, bland and cold, as well as grossly undercooked.The service here was perfectly fine, but but the food? Every item is of a very noticeable lower quality, and terribly cooked. I recommend eating absolutely anywhere else than this Cracker Barrell location.
