My family and I visited the Greenville, Alabama location. Our server name was Akeylah, and she was on top of it. The restaurant was a bit short staffed, and she was handling a lot of tables, but she did not skip a beat!! Thank you for an amazing experience. It made my four hour drive worthwhile. Plus Cracker Barrel in general keeps my dad happy ❣️

Good food, servicr was good. Our food got to us pretty fast too. Cracker Barrels are always good. This store is fully open though you do have to wear a mask. Will be here again though.

Avoid this restaurant! It took us over 10 minutes just to check in. Then, we were texted a wait time of 25 minutes. It took 40 minutes to be called. After ordering we waited for 35 minutes before we finally had to speak to the manager to receive our food. They said it would be another five minutes. After more than five minutes, they told us it would be another two minutes for one person’s order. We did not leave this Cracker Barrel until two hours after we arrived and we ate quickly because we had an appointment. The food tasted good, but the hostesses and servers did not seem to care about the customers at all. We have loved Cracker Barrel for many years and often plan trips around their restaurants. However, improvements need to be made at this store!
