I requested a repair quote to replace a worn down key on my MacBook keyboard. Of course anything Apple is too expensive so I opted to hold off on fixing it. However, the guy I spoke to was really nice and very helpful. He gave me good advice when I asked him for a good recommendation on a good PC laptop for my wife. Very much appreciated.
