I went to the store trying to get my slow internet issue fixed, they told me I have to pay $100 for a technician to come out to my house, I said that I the equipment belong to cox and why should I pay for cox to fix their equipment, the customer service rep told me that he doesn’t make the rules, when I asked to speak to a manger, he replied no one is available right now, when I asked again to speak to a manager, he told me; HAVE A NICE DAY SIR.The most unprofessional and unfriendly customer service I have ever seen, Cox doesn’t understand that we are the customers and pay for a service, and service is what they cant provide.
