Employees at the store were fine but Cox policies are complete BS. They had had me return my modem for a replacement and literally gave me an older more obsolete modem. When I asked what/why/how they said their policies changed and I could only have the new modem (which I already had been renting for 3 years) if I upgraded my plan and so I had to take the old modem (roughly 8 year old modem). Slow clap for Cox. The woman at the store was nice enough and kind but said Cox policy won’t allow me to let you keep your rental modem, you are required to downgrade.
