We needed a costume for our event. I spoke with the staff and sorted out what we needed and when to pick it up. Unfortunately something was lost in translation and part of the costume was no longer available. The gentlemen that runs the shop made it right with me by getting me something better without charging me extra.Our event went very well and we were so grateful for all of the Costume Castles help!
