I love Costco customer service. I find everyone, when I go, very friendly. I am handicapped and can’t tell you how I appreciate the electric carts and seats provided if you have to wait for one to become available. And best part is getting help to the car. If you have a lot of pain like I do, this kind of service makes you smile thru the pain. Thank you!!

The self checkout is definitely worth keeping it below 25 items and no alcohol. But if you are in for the big shopping the regular line is your only option. I tend to find more variety in the Costco in Charlotte NC but this one is pretty neat too.
