My fiancé and I are regular customers here. Costco is our ‘go to’ place for food shopping. A great place to buy things in bulk – no matter what you are looking for! Customer service is good in general, return policy is flexible, and the selection of products is very vast. One thing I have found, however, is that the warehouse is so large that sometimes it is very hard to find an employee in any particular section of the store when we need help. But when you find them, they are most of the time helpful.Taking out two stars because unfortunately we have had incidents with two different cashiers that were plain rude with us. This was in 2020. We want to be treated with professionalism and receive common courtesy, from the minute we arrive to the moment we leave. We reported both incidents to store managers, and since then we haven’t had any more issues. But to be fair, we completely avoid these two employees if we see them working as cashiers. Another thing that could be greatly improved across the board, is the product-handling by employees in the cash registers. Some of them need better training, and others are simply careless demonstrating no regard for others.

Always a busy place but I did appreciate the social distancing and the sanitizing tables at every other aisle. The people was great and quick especially with customer service return/exchange.
