We have had multiple negative experiences with this tire center before we stopped using them in 2017. Now due to proximity to our home we ordered 2 front tires online which was delivered to their store. We needed only one (one run flat tire went out after it was punctured by a nail in a new 2019 car at 18000 miles) but we decided to change both front tires. The tires we have were all under warranty.When we showed up for installation the guy who checked the car in insisted that we need to change all 4 tires because (the car is 4 wheel drive) I explained that my MB E450 is NOT 4 wheel drive. He gave us big attitude and accepted the car. We asked to keep the good front tire as a spare.When I came to pick up the car he again ran same argument. Then he brought the 2 front tires and stated they both are damaged (I checked both when ordered and one was in good condition) he then handed me a paper and wanted me to sign to release responsibility of Costco if the rear (which are again good -I will try to attach pictures) this sounded very strange. Regardless I walked out with the car. Just less than a mile away I noted the car is bouncy I checked tire pressure on screen to find out he overinflated the rear tires too much (the ones that he is not supposed to touch) with cold pressure 20 psi above recommended (I will attach pictures if I could).I called customer service of Costco on this and promised to never show up in this shop EVER again.I am sure he lied to his earsI am sure he overinflated my old tires to cause a problemI am confident but not 100% sure he damaged my good front tire.I wanted people to be aware of this center. Our experiences in other Costco’s tire centers over the years has not been like this.Our experience outside Costco we got much better deals on tires from other vendors.I own 5 cars and 2 other auto-cycles
